Quince Fruit Preserve |
Quince is famous in Europe today for its miraculous properties. It is marketed as quince juice or squash. Europeans doctors who came to India for for medical studies in traditional Indian medicine they were impressed by quince and it's effects on human diseases. As a result quince has been included in British Pharmacopoeia as a drug.

It prevents the heart attacks, asthma and ulcer of intestines and stomach. Take about half to one fruit of quince during its season which is September and October. You can preserve the fruit by cutting it into small pieces without peeling. Then boil it in water when quince pieces become soft add natural honey to it cook for 5 minutes more. Take it off stove when it is cool keep it in some airtight jar and eat daily 3 to 4 pieces. If you eat it for 6 to 12 months your heart problems are gone forever.
