Coral contains Calcium carbonate 83%, Magnesium carbonate 3/.5% and Iron oxide 4.5%. Iron gives it reddish color. Because of calcium and magnesium salts it is ant-acid, blood coagulant and constipative. Presence of iron in coral makes it effective for anemia, neurological problems and muscle weakness.

Calcium and iron which are obtained from natural sources are far more better than obtained from artificial sources.
It is used in the following diseases; tuberculosis, gonorrhea, asthma, urethritis and carbuncles. It is also used in acid reflux disease and ulcers.
Coral powder is made after baking it in some close utensil. It is used in 0.5 to 1 gram dose twice daily.
