Curing / Treating Gout / Uric Acid

Meat of improperly slaughtered animals is the major reason behind high Uric Acid levels, other factors can be frequent intake of sweetened juices, high cholesterol sea-foods such as shrimps, washed lentils (without the shell), dried nuts, etc. In brief, a diet low in fiber & high in fats / proteins leads to Hyperuricemia and Gout. Your kidneys are over-loaded & are unable to filtrate the heavy impurities.
