Here is a list of the things to do and foods to eat.

1. Eat barley porridge cooked in milk and sweetened with natural organic honey. Eat this in your daily breakfast.

2. One tablespoon of organic honey in boiled glass of water in the evening.

3. 7 dates in the evening daily.

4. One tablespoon of olive oil before going to bed daily.

5. Take these three herbs in the given amounts:

I.   Costus root 50 grams
II.  Black seeds 50 grams
III. Chicory leaves 3  grams

Mix all three herbs and make a powder by grinding. Take one teaspoon in the morning and one in the evening.
